This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Data Analyst located in Dehradun. The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights, developing data models and visualizations, and supporting decision-making processes. They will also communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business strategies and operations.

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Analytics to analyze complex sets of information and provide actionable insights
• Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling to assess trends, predict outcomes, and create statistical models
• Excellent Communication skills to present findings, explain insights clearly, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis are a plus
• Bachelors/ Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred
