o Proven ability to manage and grow showroom performance

o Experience in building materials, interiors, or related industries preferred

Key Responsibilities

o Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure a premium customer

experience

o Drive sales through effective customer interaction, product presentation, and

follow-ups

o Handle walk-in clients, architects, designers, and channel partners professionally

o Maintain and update customer data using CRM software

o Prepare quotations, reports, and sales documentation using MS Office

o Lead, motivate, and coordinate showroom staff to achieve sales targets
