Job Description
The person in this role will take the function of the Business Continuity Controls & Oversight Specialist and will work directly with the State Street business management, Enterprise Resiliency Office and other corporate functions to ensure effective implementation and compliance with the Enterprise Continuity Standards.

What you will be responsible for
- Support and delivery of the Business Continuity Program. The Program includes Planning & Analysis, Enterprise Readiness Validation (Testing & Exercising), Training & Awareness, Crisis Management
- Data collection, production and first level review of reports, metrics and other analytical materials for the purposes of the Business Continuity Program
- Contribute to Project Management for Business Continuity projects & initiatives
- Preparation of presentation packs and thematic deep-dive reviews
- Administration over Business Continuity documentation and Intranet resources
- Coordination of the Business Continuity Program Book of Work, overview and escalation of any issues and risk items
- Monitoring the incidents reporting channels, impact assessment and further escalation as per the defined protocols
- Execution of incident and crisis management activities, under supervision of Business Continuity Director/Alternate Business Continuity Director
- Other tasks assigned by Business Continuity Director/Alternate Business Continuity Director

Education & Preferred Qualifications

- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in financial services, banking, insurance, analytics, market research, consultancy or any other parallel industry
- Sound knowledge of Governance and control. Experience in one of the line of defence (1st , 2nd or 3rd )
- Good understanding and experience in managing operations will be and additional advantage
- Knowledge of analytical tools and databases is a plus
- Experience in Business Continuity (Information Security, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management, Operational Risk) or other business protection/ risk management discipline is not required must, but considered as an advantage
- Good communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English
Core/Must have skills:
- 1+ years of experience in Banking/Asset Management/Financial Services industry
- Sound knowledge of Governance and control. Experience in one of the line of defence (1st , 2nd or 3rd )
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good to have skills:
- Good understanding of Enterprise Operations
- Knowledge of analytical tools and databases
- Business Continuity/Resiliency and/or Business Risk experience
