• 6+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with web design and UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with video editing software such as VYOND, Camtasia, etc.
• Experience with authoring tools: Articulate Storyline, Captivate, etc.
• Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
