· Develop and manage an agreed project plan & detailed stage plans and schedules to track and maintain progress, performance, and issues.
· Create Project Charters to capture the details of the project, defining scope and objectives.
· Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, involving other resources as appropriate.
· Plan and lead/facilitate project meetings.
· Initiate, plan, execute, and close projects, leading them from start to finish while leading project teams through requirements definition.
· Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
· Develop appropriate documentation with the project team, such as: project plans, gap analyses, communication and training plans, design documents, test plans, implementation plans, technology, or process diagrams, etc.
· Oversee and documenting business model, business requirements, data points etc.
· Build business capability map, business governance plan, capability maturity map etc.
