About the Role

Sourcing Connect Consulting LLP is urgently hiring an experienced Business professional to support a leading US-based consulting giant in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. This role requires strong domain expertise combined with a process excellence mindset.

Six Sigma Green Belt certification is mandatory, as the role is expected to drive structured problem-solving, process optimization, and measurable operational improvements across insurance transactions and reporting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a domain expert for P&C Insurance and Reinsurance engagements supporting US-based clients.

Analyse and document insurance transactions including policy lifecycle, endorsements,

renewals, claims, premiums, and settlements.

Work extensively on Insurance and Reinsurance data models, including policies,

claims, premiums, bordereaux, and financial data.

Collaborate with business users, actuarial, underwriting, and IT teams to translate

business needs into clear functional outcomes.

Support US SIFT and regulatory/reporting requirements relevant to P&C insurance

operations.

Drive requirement discovery, gap analysis, process mapping, and solution validation.

Apply Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies (DMAIC, root cause analysis, defect reduction,

continuous improvement) to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, dependency

management, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.

Prepare business documentation, process flows, data mapping, and UAT test scenarios.

Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect triage with business and technical

teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10 + years of experience in the P&C Insurance / Reinsurance domain

Six Sigma Green Belt certification Mandatory

Strong hands-on knowledge of insurance transaction processing (policy administration, claims, billing, premiums)

Proven understanding of P&C Insurance data models and reporting structures

Experience working in US shift with global stakeholders

Exposure to project management practices and delivery frameworks

Familiarity with US insurance regulatory and reporting concepts (US SIFT preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with global business and technical teams

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
