Job Description

Role Overview

The Business Consultant will partner directly with clients to solve complex business challenges and drive measurable growth. This role combines strategic advisory, go-to-market execution, and data-driven insight to help clients navigate transformation and achieve their commercial goals. You will work closely with Nexsales founders, client executives, and cross-functional internal teams to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Strategy

  • Partner with Nexsales founders and client C-suite leaders to understand business challenges, objectives, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead strategic conversations and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Go-to-Market & Solution Design

  • Design and implement customized go-to-market strategies aligned with client goals and market dynamics.
  • Provide strategic guidance to improve revenue performance, operational efficiency, and overall business outcomes.

Thought Leadership & Industry Presence

  • Represent Nexsales at industry events, briefings, and conferences, including travel to the US.
  • Share client success stories and insights, positioning Nexsales as a leader in RevOps and marketing technology.

Business Growth & Account Expansion

  • Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements and grow accounts.
  • Support clients in achieving KPIs through data-driven recommendations and continuous optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on client needs and ensure seamless execution of strategies.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable internal plans.

Client Success & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on client outcomes against defined goals.
  • Continuously refine strategies to improve results and maximize long-term client success.


Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of consulting experience, with a strong focus on go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven ability to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions in a client advisory role.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Creative thinker with a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
