Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Drive system enhancement initiatives and process improvement within Talent Effectiveness programs.
Work closely with technical teams through various SDLC phases (requirement gathering, testing, implementation).
Utilize AI and Copilot tools to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for leadership reviews.
Support end-user training, change management, and post-implementation follow-ups.
Ensure consistent communication and alignment with all internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) or equivalent technical background.
1-2 years of experience in a Business / Functional Consultant or Systems Analyst role.
Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure to AI tools, Copilot, or other automation platforms preferred.
Ability and willingness to work occasionally on Saturdays
