Key Responsibilities:

1) Client Identification & Outreach: Research and connect with organizations that can benefit from

AlmaShines solutions.

2) Client Engagement: Conduct discovery sessions, understand needs, and gather insights to recommend tailored solutions.

3) Collaborative Solution Design: Work with product and customer success teams to ensure solutions

deliver measurable value.

4) Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities for community

engagement.

5) Product Demonstrations: Showcase AlmaShines capabilities and demonstrate how we can help clients

achieve their goals

6) Onboarding Support: Partner with the implementation teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding and long-term success.

Compensation (CTC):

Fixed: INR 4,69,200/Year to 5,05,200/Year

Variable: INR 1,68,000/Year to INR 2,88,000/Year

Total Package: INR 6,37,200/Year to INR 7,93,200/Year

This will be based on your experience, skills, and alignment with the role. We believe in fair, performance-driven compensation and ensure clarity from day one to make the hiring process transparent for both sides.
