Role Description

• Serve as Team Leader for a Business Banking Client Advisors Manage large & key client portfolios and build client relationships Ensure consistent growth of the CA portfolio of the area Work closely with the acquisition team and establish synergies for maximum penetration of business banking products, trade, forex and I&I sales to new customers Develop individual business plans for each relationship manager, and guide them achieve their business goals Managing ontime hiring of RM’s and SM’s, imparting regular training – product, regulatory (KYC, AML), ensuring productivity of every RM is at the expected benchmark level Overall responsibility for acquisition of BB clients through microevents, referrals etc. Ensure top class service delivery to clients, assist in resolving service hurdles to create customer delight  Monitor high net worth accounts closely to ensure that customers continue regular use the account and grow balances
• Branch Banking is the liability business for Deutsche Bank present in 17 locations across India . This carters to a wide variety of population through its distinct channels like Personal banking, Private Banking and Business Banking.

Your key responsibilities

• Knowledge of SME products like Business Loans secured and unsecured , trade products like channel finance
• Experience on Distribution tie ups for banking sales channels. Campaign analyst roles at Fintech is an added pro.
• Knowledge of campaign ideation processes and digital lending platforms.
• Digital Marketing specialist with experience in  business analytics to bolster sales through focused approaches
• Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business.
• Ensure the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success, ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
• Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results

Your skills and experience

• 5 – 10 years of experience into relevant field.
• Candidate should have excellent communication in English and well groomed
