Position Overview:

Ibroad Media seeks experienced advertising professionals to join our team in Lucknow. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business , State Govts Business / PSU , opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and strategically expanding our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role within the advertising industry or Media Sales in respective Location.

Responsibilities:

* Identifies and prospects potential clients across the market segments

* Develops customized proposals and presentations that showcase Ibroad Medias capabilities and solutions tailored to each client's requirements

* Generates potential leads and persuades them to close using networking tools and other mediums

* Collaborates with internal teams, including creative, strategy and account management, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns

* Staying abreast on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

* Understands media verticals (Radio, TV, Digital, OOH etc.) and pitches the proposal by understanding the clients requirements and budget

Qualifications:

* Graduate/Post Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

* Proven track record of at least 2-6 years in business development or sales roles within the advertising industry or Media Sales only.

* Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
