Job Title: Business Associate (Research & Sourcing)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:30 AM 7:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time (5 days/week)

About the Role

Were looking for a motivated fresher to join our sourcing and evaluation team. In this role, youll research opportunities, compile relevant information, and help shortlist suitable options against our internal criteria. Youll also coordinate initial conversations and schedule follow-ups for the core team.

Key Responsibilities

• Track multiple online and offline sources daily to identify potential opportunities
• Review information against internal selection criteria and prepare shortlists
• Make outbound calls/messages to collect missing details and validate information
• Qualify leads and schedule discussions/meetings for the core team
• Maintain an organized pipeline and share regular updates

What Were Looking For

• Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking to new people
• Good research skills and ability to compile data in a clean, structured way
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable using online platforms/tools (Excel/Google Sheets, web research, etc.)
• Fluency in English and Kannada
