Business Associate

We are seeking a proactive and execution-oriented Business Associate to join our growing team. This role is suited for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and take ownership of tasks from planning to execution. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team on important business initiatives. Your role is to support decision-making through research, coordination, analysis, and clear communication. This is a high-responsibility, high-learning role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support CEO-led projects, new business ideas, and special initiatives
• Work with different teams (internal & external) to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Conduct market and competitor research and summarize key insights
• Create presentations, reports, and updates for leadership
• Track business performance (KPIs) and help improve processes
• Help create, update, and standardize company policies and SOPs
