Responsibilities
Oversee the planning execution and delivery of multiple projects within the SAP Basis domainEnsure projects are completed on time within scope and within budgetCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of project goalsProvide regular updates to stakeholders on project status risks and issuesDevelop and maintain project plans schedules and budgetsIdentify and mitigate project risks and issuesEnsure compliance with company policies and proceduresFacilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team membersMonitor project performance and implement corrective actions as neededSupport the development and implementation of best practices and standards for project managementCollaborate with other program managers to ensure alignment of project goals and objectivesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and performanceEnsure that all project documentation is complete accurate and up-to-date
Qualifications
Possess a strong background in SAP Basis with at least 10 years of experienceDemonstrate excellent organizational and communication skillsExhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesShow proficiency in project management tools and methodologiesHave experience working in a hybrid work modelDisplay the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsHold a relevant project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2Demonstrate a track record of successfully managing complex projects and programsShow a commitment to continuous improvement and professional developmentExhibit the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyPossess strong leadership and team-building skillsDemonstrate a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Certifications Required
