Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Java developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IBM MQ Kafka Oracle MongoDB Spring Boot Spring Core Java 11 Java 8 and Core Java. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects efficiently and ensure seamless integration of technical solutions. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of multiple projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Oversee the development and deployment of applications using IBM MQ Kafka and Oracle technologies.Provide technical guidance and support to the development team ensuring best practices in Spring Boot and Spring Core.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MongoDB and other database solutions.Manage project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure successful project completion.Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.Facilitate communication between stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment on project objectives.Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution ensuring minimal impact on project outcomes.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions.Utilize Java 11 Java 8 and Core Java to develop and maintain high-quality software applications.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
