Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Architect with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Manual Accessibility Testing Agile methodologies Database and SQL and Automation. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive our companys mission forward. The position requires a day shift with no travel obligations.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of robust architecture solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and execution of Manual Accessibility Testing to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
  • Provide expertise in Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain database structures ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
  • Utilize SQL skills to perform complex queries and data analysis supporting various business functions.
  • Implement automation strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure that all solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our architecture practices.
  • Document technical designs processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to help them grow in their roles.

  • Possess strong experience in Manual Accessibility Testing ensuring applications are accessible to all users.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Agile methodologies facilitating efficient project management and delivery.
  • Have a solid understanding of database design and SQL capable of performing complex data queries.
  • Show expertise in automation tools and techniques to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
