Job summary
We are seeking a Program Manager with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Veeva and will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects in a hybrid work model. Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Oversee project teams providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks.Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management.Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project management processes.Manage project budgets tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.Facilitate project meetings including kick-off meetings status updates and post-project reviews.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.Utilize Veeva to manage project documentation workflows and data.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field.Have 6 to 8 years of experience in project or program management.Demonstrate expertise in Veeva and its applications.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects.Be proficient in project management software and tools.Display strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Have experience in managing budgets and resources.Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate project teams.Be detail-oriented and capable of managing complex projects.
