Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in OFSAA Business Scorecard and Business Analysis & Planning. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site during day shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement OFSAA solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of Business Scorecards to track performance metrics.
  • Provide expert analysis and planning to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture and processes.
  • Ensure the scalability and reliability of OFSAA systems.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of Business Scorecards to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Lead the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance business analysis capabilities.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Provide training and support to team members on OFSAA and Business Scorecard usage.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system design and implementation.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Possess strong technical skills in OFSAA with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in developing and managing Business Scorecards.
  • Exhibit proficiency in business analysis and planning methodologies.
  • Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Show strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
