Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 6 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Core Java Perl Shell Script Linux Basics Unix and Oracle. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand business requirements to develop technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
  • Utilize Core Java Perl and Shell Script to develop and maintain software applications.
  • Ensure software applications are compatible with Linux and Unix environments.
  • Perform data analysis and database management using Oracle.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with technical solutions.
  • Continuously improve processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.

  • Possess strong technical skills in Core Java Perl Shell Script Linux Basics Unix and Oracle.
  • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show proficiency in documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have experience in system testing and validation.
