Business Architecture Modeling Consultant (BPMN/UML) – Mobile Online Services (Automotive Preferred)

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Architecture Modeling Consultant with strong expertise in BPMN 2.0 and UML 2.5, and proven experience translating complex business needs into clear, implementable process and service models. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and consultant who can work with cross-functional stakeholders and has prior exposure to mobile online services, preferably within the automotive industry (connected services, telematics, digital customer journeys, etc.).

Required Skills and experience

• Hands-on experience in Business Architecture Modeling using:
• BPMN 2.0 (process orchestration, events, gateways, swim lanes, exceptions, SLA flows)
• UML 2.5 (use case modeling, sequence/activity/state diagrams, domain modeling where applicable)
• Very strong consulting & communication skills: able to influence, align diverse stakeholders, and document clearly.
• Strong analytical mindset: ability to break down complex services into logical processes, scenarios, and edge cases.
• Prior experience in modeling Mobile Online Services, preferably in the automotive domain (e.g., connected vehicle services, customer apps, OTA service flows, identity & access, subscriptions, payment, notifications).
• Experience with Volkswagen would be a huge advantage
