Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the organization and driving its success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into clear and concise business requirements. - Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts, including business capability models, process models, and data models. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders on business solutions. - Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the development and implementation phases. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business architecture and apply them to enhance organizational performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and techniques. - Experience in conducting stakeholder analysis and managing stakeholder expectations. - Knowledge of business process modeling and process improvement methodologies. - Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and principles. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process management tools. - Experience in data analysis and data modeling. - Knowledge of agile project management methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
