Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements. You will be responsible for defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities and developing a business case to achieve the vision. Your typical day will involve conducting current state assessments, analyzing customer requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop innovative business solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives. - Lead current state assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Define high level customer requirements and translate them into actionable business solutions. - Develop business case and strategic plans to achieve the desired business outcomes. - Provide guidance and support to project teams in implementing the defined business solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce. - Strong understanding of business architecture principles and methodologies. - Experience in conducting current state assessments and defining high level customer requirements. - Ability to develop business cases and strategic plans. - Hands-on experience in implementing business solutions and structures. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with business process modeling and optimization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A Bachelors Degree in engineering or Science is required.
