You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the business. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the development of business architecture and ensure its alignment with strategic objectives - Analyze the current business structure and processes to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into business requirements Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration - Strong understanding of business architecture principles - Experience in developing business solutions and structures - Ability to analyze and interpret complex business data - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in GuideWire Integration - This position is based at our Noida office - A 15 years full-time education is required
