Summary: As a OpenText Exstream, you will be responsible for leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing a business case to achieve the vision. Your typical day will involve working with Customer Communication Management Solutions and communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Minimum 8 years experience of OpenText CCM solution design, build and maintain on medium and large-scale projects - Minimum 5 years experience of OpenText CCM solution architecture, design and delivery on large scale and complex projects - Excellent knowledge with OpenText Exstream version 5.x. - Excellent knowledge in advanced configuration and development using various components like Control Center, Design Center, Composition Center, Archiving, Ad hoc viewer and Post processing in OpenText Exstream product. - Excellent SQL knowledge and advance scripting. - Able to design and deliver solutions using OpenText Exstream products. - Able to drive solution development, architecture and implementation. - Work with Enterprise Integration as well as CCM Software Vendor, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Network, and Security to develop logical and physical architecture including GOODS, storage, network, and security requirements and design. - Work with PM to identify tasks, dependencies, and resource type to develop plan for CCM implementation activities. - Leading requirements gathering, analysis, and solution development for OpenText solutions - Leading the team of analyst, developers and testers in delivering OpenText solutions Providing OpenText system(s) demonstrations based on the customers requirements Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Customer Communication Management Solutions. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Kolkata office.
