Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. You will be responsible for defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities and developing a business case to achieve the vision. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving business transformation and delivering strategic outcomes for our clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable requirements. - Lead current state assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. - Define the business solutions and structures needed to address the identified gaps and opportunities. - Develop business cases to support the proposed solutions and secure buy-in from stakeholders. - Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the implementation process. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make recommendations for continuous improvement. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business architecture. - Mentor and coach junior professionals to develop their skills and expertise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of business architecture principles and frameworks. - Experience in conducting current state assessments and gap analysis. - Proven track record in developing business solutions and structures. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP implementation projects. - Knowledge of other SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP). - Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A minimum of 16 years of educational experience is required.
