Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. You will be responsible for developing business solutions and structures to realize these opportunities and developing a business case to achieve the vision. Your typical day will involve analyzing the current state of the business, identifying customer requirements, and designing innovative solutions to meet their needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key decisions to drive business growth and success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Must be able to understand the business requirements, functional solution, provide technical solutions and do development based on the requirements - Must have worked in T24 implementation projects - Strong understanding of Retail/corporate/wealth banking process - Prior experience of understanding and writing IRD is must - Able to manage team members by allocating tasks on daily basis - Monitor & report completion status and issues to project manager Professional & Technical Skills: - Must have good experience and Understanding of Banking processes, workflows and related modules - Good understanding of Core modules, Arrangement Architecture, TPH, TAP, Wealth, Deposits, Accounting etc - Must have good experience in IRIS, Interface development, Integration Framework, Web-services, API Development - Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment - Excellent communication written oral and interpersonal skills - Experience working in Agile environment - Ability to learn new client applications Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Temenos Transact. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
