Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements. You will also be responsible for defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing a business case to achieve the vision. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the project and ensuring the client's business objectives are met. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Identify and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions. - Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts, including business capability models, process models, and data models. - Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and align on business objectives. - Provide guidance and support to junior professionals in the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oil and Gas Upstream. - Strong understanding of business architecture principles and frameworks. - Experience in conducting current state assessments and defining future state business architectures. - Knowledge of the oil and gas industry, including industry trends and best practices. - Experience in developing business cases and presenting them to stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oil and Gas Upstream. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Bachelors or Masters Engineering Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Oil and Gas is required.
