Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. You will develop business solutions and structures to realize these opportunities and develop a business case to achieve the vision. Your role will involve collaborating with multiple teams and engaging in key decision-making processes. You will be responsible for providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, contributing to team decisions, and managing the team to perform effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts - Identify and analyze business requirements - Define business solutions and structures - Conduct current state assessments - Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders - Develop business cases and strategies - Ensure alignment of business solutions with organizational goals Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire ClaimCenter - Strong understanding of business architecture principles and frameworks - Experience in conducting current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements - Ability to develop business solutions and structures - Knowledge of business case development and strategy formulation Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in GuideWire ClaimCenter - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
