Summary: As a Business and Integration Practitioner, you will assist in documenting the integration strategy endpoints and data flows. You will be familiar with the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration. Under the guidance of the Architect, you will ensure the integration strategy meets business goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing requirements, coding, testing, and deploying integration solutions. You will also engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Assist in documenting the integration strategy endpoints and data flows - Familiarize yourself with the entire project life-cycle - Ensure successful integration by following requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations - Work under the guidance of the Architect to ensure the integration strategy meets business goals - Contribute to the team's collaboration and performance - Analyze requirements and provide solutions - Code, test, and deploy integration solutions Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other CRM platforms - Strong understanding of integration strategies and data flows - Experience in requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations - Knowledge of business goals and how they align with integration strategies Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical - This position is based at our Hyderabad office - A 15 years full time education is required
