Business Analytics Manager (US Healthcare RCM)

Job description

The Business Analytics Manager will lead revenue intelligence and performance analytics across the US RCM lifecycle. This role drives data-backed decision-making to reduce AR days, improve clean claim rates, and optimize payer reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle analytics across claims, denials, AR, and patient billing
• Develop predictive models for denial prevention and AR recovery
• Build executive dashboards for KPIs such as Clean Claim Rate, First Pass Yield, DNFB, and AR Days
• Analyze 837/835 EDI datasets to identify revenue leakage
• Partner with Product and Operations to drive automation improvements
• Establish data governance, reporting accuracy, and quality standards

Experience & Qualifications

• 8 years total experience
• 6+ years in US Healthcare RCM analytics (mandatory)
• Strong SQL expertise and experience with Python/R
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science
• MBA preferred

• Payer contract modeling understanding
