We're looking for talented Engineers with an MBA background to join our team!

Eligibility: - 2-4 years of experience - BE/BTech + MBA

- Business knowledge in:Procurement ,EPC-Construction ,Mechanical & Maintenance ,- Cost & Finance

- Strong analytical skills & forward-thinking mindset

Note: This role is for Engineers with business acumen, not programmers or data analysts. We're looking for individuals to build future business models using data insights.

Job Description:

- Analyse project costs, identify cost drivers

- Analyse procurement plans, optimize procurement processes

- Identify cost savings opportunities

- Work with finance, projects teams on cost control

- Support procurement strategy

- Report cost trends, suggest optimizations

- Support budgeting, forecasting

- Analyse procurement plans, optimize procurement processes

Educational Qualification: Engineers with MBA

Technical Skills: Cost analysis, procurement analytics, Excel, SQL, Power BI

Experience: 2-4 years (cost analysis/procurement)

2.Asset Valuation & Management - Fleets / Plants & Machanery : 1 Position

Job Description:

- Track asset performance, valuation

- Analyse asset utilization, suggest improvements

- Support asset lifecycle management

- Work with operations on asset strategies

Educational Qualification: Engineers with MBA

Technical Skills: Asset management, data analysis, Excel, Power BI

Experience: 2-4 years (asset management)

3.Project Strength Measurement & Improvement 1: Position

Job Description:

- Analyse project/operational performance

- Setup PMO and project Governance - project Reviews

- Identify areas for improvement

- Suggest process enhancements

- Track implementation, report outcomes

Educational Qualification: Engineers with MBA

Technical Skills: Process improvement, data analysis
