Job Description:

Key responsibilities

Analyze and identify improvements Evaluate current business processes systems and products to find inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement for Personal Insurance Auto Property and Specialty Product applications for Back Office and Underwriting

Backlog Management Elicit and document requirements in the form of user stories translating them into clear functional specifications for agile teams

Act as a liaison Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and agile IT teams like IT to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and requirements

Communicate findings Present findings insights and recommendations to stakeholders through various channels including reports diagrams and presentations

Knowledge Management Document Prepare case study of successful implementation and present with key business stakeholders

Essential skills

Analytical and critical thinking Ability to process complex information identify problems and develop strategic solutions

Communication Skill in clearly explaining technical details to nontechnical audiences and facilitating discussions

Technical proficiency Familiarity with tools such as Jira Confluence SOAP Postman and SQL is often required

Problemsolving Ability to assess functionality and formulate and implement relevant solutions

Business acumen A solid understanding of how a business functions including its strategy operations and market.
