Responsibilities

Functional Understanding of various business functions of Life Insurance and Pensions

Experience working in modules managing Business functions such as new business policy administration and integration and workflow with peripheral systems

Ability to understand the data mapping and entities related various sources of business functions

Design Lead the functional design process including the preparation of deliverables such as functional specifications prototypes user guides and test scripts

Customer interaction Ability to manage customer interactions Plan meetings Follow up with stakeholders lead discussions

Problem Solving Perform problem analysis to identify and resolve system errors ensuring timely corrective actions

Collaboration Work closely with stakeholders developers and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals

Testing and Validation Ensure that developed software or programs are tested properly and meet quality assurance standards

Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation of functional designs processes and procedures
