Own end to end documentation of requirements including version control and required signoff from stakeholder groupsAble to link technical solutions with business strategy when working with business partners.Assess and model processes, data flows, and technology to understand the current value and issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.Ensure traceability of requirements from business needs and requirements, through client demos, UAT and scope changes, to final solution.Interact with vendors, designers, architects, and developers to understand limitations, deliver elements of system design, and ensure that business requirements and use cases are handled.Create acceptance criteria and validate those solutions meet business needs through defining and coordinating testing.Create and present compelling business cases to justify solution value and establish approval, funding, and prioritization.Your Profile6 to 10 years of Experience on Digital Transformation / Process Consulting / Business Consulting / Business AnalysisMaster’s degree in business administrationExperience and knowledge of Insurance domain – Property & Casualty/Life & AnnuityExperience working with insurance clients for delivering solutions catering to business processes e.g. New Business/Policy Administration & Servicing/Billing & Collection/Claims/Distribution ManagementUnderstanding of emerging technologies like Cloud, AI, Blockchain and ability to identify relevant use cases for the businessGood experience in working in AGILE methodologies.Excellent communication skillsParticipation in RFP mapping and submission, Experience of working on GTM strategy, business development activities.Worked on tools like JIRA, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and WordCritical Thinking & Decision MakingData Interpretation & Analytical skillsLeadership in Cross functional team situationWhat you will love about working hereWe recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
