This role involves working closely with manufacturing clients, spendingsignificant timeon the shop floor to gain a deep understanding of core manufacturing processes,identifyprocess gaps, and define opportunities fordigitization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding technical development, data science, and design teamsto deliver solutions such as Digital Logbooks, BI Dashboards, and Digital Twins, ensuring seamless integration of technology into real-world operations.

Qualifications: Bachelors orMasters degree in Engineering, preferably incore engineering disciplinessuch as CSE -BA , Mechanical, Industrial or Process Engineering

Role: BusinessAnalyst(Digitization)

Experience: Minimum 2+ of professional experience inBusiness analysis, Process analysis, or Digital transformation initiativeswithin industrial or manufacturing environments.

Required Skill:

• Domain Knowledge: Proven ability tounderstand core manufacturing processes.
• Solid understanding ofdata flow and basic data architecture, enabling the design of scalable and efficient digital solutions.
• ProficiencyinSQL, Python, anddata visualization tools
• Strong capability inprocess mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering, translating business needs into actionabledigitizationstrategies
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability toact as a bridge between client teams and internal technical, data science, and design teams.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients toanalyze current manual processes, understand manufacturing workflows, andidentifyopportunities fordigitization.
• Leverage knowledge of core manufacturing processes and related domainexpertisetoidentifyoperational gaps anddigitizationopportunities.
• Conductdetailed process mapping and gap analysisto define clear digital transformation requirements.
• Work onkeydigitizationuse casessuch as Digital Logbooks, BI Dashboarding, and Digital Twin implementations.
• Documentbusiness requirements, data flow, and basic data architectureto ensure scalable solution design.
• Collaborate closely withcross-functional teamstechnical developers, data scientists, and design teamsto translate business needs into digital solutions.
• Supportdata analysis, data preparation, and visualizationusing tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI/Tableau.
• Act as abridge between client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution and adoption of digital solutions.
• Supportchange management and user trainingto enable successful transition from manual to digital platforms.
• Provideinnovative, out-of-the-box solutionsfor digitization challenges and continuouslyidentifyareas for process improvement.
