Business Analyst

We are seeking for a dynamic Business Analyst to lead the development & enhancement of inhouse CRM application. This role will focus on automating data dashboards and driving the implementation of AI features.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the CRM app.

• Lead initiatives to automate dashboards, ensuring realtime visibility of key metrics.

• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to streamline workflows and reporting.

• Identify opportunities to embed AI features (personalization, intelligent recommendations etc.).

• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.

• Drive adoption through training, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.

• Track KPIs, measure impact of automation and AI features.

• Provide insights to leadership for decisionmaking.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or Management related field.
• At least 2+ years of experience with relevant skillset.
• Good understanding of CRM systems, data visualization, and dashboard automation.
• Experience with AI/ML integration in digital products.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Handson experience with Data Analytics and Visualization tools (SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure).
• Ability to balance technical depth with business strategy.
