Job Description

Position: Business Analyst Zoho Finance Apps (ERP Implementation)
>> Responsibilities:
- Understand client business processes and requirements for ERP implementation
- Implement Zoho Finance applications, especially Zoho Books
- Provide product training to clients on all Zoho Finance apps
- Analyse business requirements and provide feasible ERP-based solutions
- Gathering Client requirements, make BRD / FSD Documents.
- Offer post-implementation support to clients and ensure successful onboarding
- Develop strong functional expertise across Zoho Finance Suite
>> Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of business process & Transactional flow
- Excellent command of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, etc.)
- Analytical capabilities
- Ability to understand business problems and map them to ERP workflows
- Good communication skills for client interaction and training
>> Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in Commerce, MBA (Finance or BA), CA or related field
- Prior experience with any ERP, Experience in Zoho Finance Apps or Internal control Audit Projects/tasks will be more advantageous
- Freshers with a strong interest in ERP implementation and finance domain may also apply
