Position: Business Analyst Zoho Finance Apps (ERP Implementation)


>> Responsibilities:


  • Understand client business processes and requirements for ERP implementation
  • Implement Zoho Finance applications, especially Zoho Books
  • Provide product training to clients on all Zoho Finance apps
  • Analyse business requirements and provide feasible ERP-based solutions
  • Gathering Client requirements, make BRD / FSD Documents.
  • Offer post-implementation support to clients and ensure successful onboarding
  • Develop strong functional expertise across Zoho Finance Suite


>> Preferred Skills:


  • Strong understanding of business process & Transactional flow
  • Excellent command of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, etc.)
  • Analytical capabilities
  • Ability to understand business problems and map them to ERP workflows
  • Good communication skills for client interaction and training


>> Eligibility Criteria:


  • Graduate in Commerce, MBA (Finance or BA), CA or related field
  • Prior experience with any ERP, Experience in Zoho Finance Apps or Internal control Audit Projects/tasks will be more advantageous
  • Freshers with a strong interest in ERP implementation and finance domain may also apply
