Position- SR Lead business analyst with reinsurance exp (P&C )

Location-All BSL

Experience- 10+years

• 10+ years of experience in P&C Insurance Domain concepts and workflow and 7+ years of experience in Reinsurance core business processes.
• Ability to Lead and support the analysis of reinsurance underwriting related business processes, identification, and initiation of business process improvements in close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical architecture
• Creating and managing the business requirements in the product backlog (agile way of working), feature testing and managing user acceptance tests
• Demonstrable and solid experience in analysis of business demands, deriving of system requirements and translating into system solutions
• In-depth knowledge of the processes of the entire software development and product life cycle in an agile mode
• Track record of successful implementations that delivered value to the business, resulting in measurable business process improvements
• Consulting and collaborative working style creating a culture of accountability and sharing
• A high degree of commitment and the willingness and ability to master the various tasks are essential
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, provide status updates and escalate critical issues
• Strong analytical, facilitation and presentation skills
