Business Analyst with Dynamics CRM context

Responsibilities:

Call with Business stakeholders to understands what needs to be done. To meet with the business behind the scenes and run follow up calls.

Groom the product backlog and create user stories

Conduct grooming calls weekly

Any other sprint related activities that he owns

Mandatory Skills Description:

Handle Business & Functional Requirements, User Stories including authoring them, driving any changes to requirements, obtaining approvals and sign off

Work with Product team on new initiatives

Discovery for new business need/asks

Collaborate with the business and QA during UAT

Lead Sprint Demos along with release notes

Manage Data Issues - Analysis, Track and communicate Root Cause

GAP Analysis

Proficiency in SQL
