Job Title: Salesforce Senior Business Analyst / Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Across India
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with Industry experience and a minimum of an MBA education to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand define & design business processes aligned to industry best in class templates
- Develop business capability maps and roadmap
- Analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions to improve business processes and drive efficiency
- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Responsible to maintain product backlog with user stories to cover development effort for the upcoming sprints
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce solutions
- Development of Training materials and training to end users
- Stay current with Salesforce best practices and industry trends
Requirements
- Minimum of an MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 MBA Institute
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices across cloud including Salesforce Industries Cloud , Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus
- Industry experience in Manufacturing & Automotive is preferred
