About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong product thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to collaborate across multiple projects at Webknot Technologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with our product and technology teams to translate business challenges into meaningful product solutions, conduct market research, and contribute to product design and strategy.

This role is best suited for someone who is smart, loves solving problems and understands technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Translate business objectives into actionable product requirements , user stories, and workflows.

• Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, business opportunities, and process improvements.

• Support product design discussions and contribute to feature ideation, prioritization, and roadmap planning.

• Provide solutions for business and product-related challenges with a structured, analytical approach.

• Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

• Track performance metrics and derive insights to guide product and business decisions.

• Stay updated with market trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to our domain.

• Strong product mindset with the ability to understand both user and business perspectives.

• Excellent problem-solving , analytical, and logical thinking abilities.

• Familiarity with product design concepts , UX thinking, and process mapping.

• Effective communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

• A proactive mindset is a must.

• Not necessarily from a tech background, but a good understanding of Tech and Product ecosystems is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a product or business analyst role .

• Prior experience working with IT or product-based organizations is an advantage.
