TCS Gurgaon hiring for Business Analyst Wealth Management !!!!!

Role: Business Analyst Wealth Management

Experience required: 6 to 10 years

Location:- Gurgaon

Required functional Skillset:-

1. Have strong functional background and understanding of Capital markets in general and Wealth Management domain in specific
2. Experience in product management or implementation of banking softwares
3. Understands the functions of Wealth Advisors, Investment Portfolio performance measurement and analytics

Must Have Skills:-

1. Understands the complete lifecycle of Wealth management domain
2. Have worked in automation of Wealth Management at financial institutions in similar capacity
3. Understand the integration of Wealth Management system with surrounding systems and data providers
4. Understand the nuances of working with Wealth advisors, asset managers
5. Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions
6. Good communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities:-

1. Strong analytical skills and understanding of business process
2. Have sound understanding of Capital market business model
3. Identifies critical risks and classify their based criticality and work towards the mitigation plan
4. Identification of back up plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or reoccurrence.
5. Coordinates onsite and offshore teams in order to keep the track of deliveries.
6. Provide review on critical dependencies on the program (both functional and technical)
7. Monitor the gaps and make right escalation to stakeholders.
