Business Analyst

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

--Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for payment systems.

--Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria

Solution Design & Documentation:

--Ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

--Create detailed process flows, data mapping, and integration specifications for payment gateways, acquiring/issuing systems, and fraud management tools.

--Support design discussions and ensure alignment with compliance and security requirements

Stakeholder Management:

--Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams, and external partners (Payment Processors).

--Facilitate working sessions, manage expectations, and ensure timely delivery of requirements

Testing & Validation:

--Support QA teams in preparing test scenarios and validating payment flows.

--Participate in UAT and production verification for payment-related features

Strong collaboration and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and SQL for data analysis.

Familiarity with payment gateways, APIs, and system architecture.

Knowledge about payment processes like Authorization and Settlement/Reconciliation of Credit/Debit Cards, Giftcards etc.

Knowledge about handling of customer disputes and chargebacks
