About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and client-facing Business Analyst who can drive revenue growth through solution selling, requirement analysis, and strong relationship management. This is a target-oriented role involving extensive client interaction and 7080% travel within Mumbai .

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Generation

• Generate revenue through cross-selling and up-selling to Shipping Lines, NVOCCs, and Container Freight Stations.
• Identify and suggest process improvements and customizations to clients.
• Onboard new Shipping Lines, NVOCCs, and CFSs with clear revenue opportunities.
• Actively generate leads and contribute to business growth.

2. Client Communication & Requirement Management

• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly.
• Set and manage clear expectations, scope, and timelines with clients.
• Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) .
• Translate client requirements effectively to internal product and technical teams.

3. MS Office & Documentation

• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .
• Prepare reports, presentations, and BRDs for implementations and expansions.
• Maintain structured documentation with internal and external approvals.

4. Analytical & Project Skills

• Prepare analytical reports for implemented projects and expansion opportunities.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
• Conduct impact analysis for change requests and new requirements.
• Maintain project trackers with timelines, status, and priorities.
• Track new product releases from a revenue and business impact perspective .

5. Relationship Management

• Conduct regular client meetings to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Handle first-level escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated on changes in the shipping and logistics domain.
• Provide proactive project updates to ensure high customer satisfaction.
