Domain: Banking Transaction Banking, Retail Payments

Banking + Transaction Banking (CTB) + Retail Payments

MUST-HAVE SKILLS (Non-Negotiable)

Candidates must have:

1. Business Analyst / Project Manager experience in BFSI
2. Core exposure to Transaction Banking (CTB)

• Payments, collections, cash management

1. Retail Payments domain experience

• Mobile payments, digital payments, payment rails

1. Compliance & Regulatory exposure within payments ecosystem
2. Agile delivery experience
3. Stakeholder management across senior & multi-geography teams
4. Hands-on Jira & Confluence

GOOD-TO-HAVE

Managed mobile app release cycles

Played dual role (BA + PM)

Experience in RAIDs, escalation & delivery management

Exposure to payment modernization / digital transformation

• Pure IT / Tech BA without banking payments exposure
