Job Description
job Description: Business Analyst (ERPNext Suite HRMS Module)
Objective
Support the design, configuration, implementation, and stabilization of ERPNext modules (HRMS & Finance) for Government Departments/Organizations. Ensure operational processes, statutory compliance, and financial controls are digitized in line with e-Governance standards. Experience in Urban Development is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct system review and gap analysis of current HRMS implementation.
- Work with stakeholders across departments and Urban Local Bodies.
- Document processes (employee lifecycle, payroll, leave, attendance, claims, benefits, service book, financial flows).
- Prepare As-Is and To-Be documentation.
- Translate business requirements into ERPNext configurations (HRMS & Finance).
- Develop functional test cases, UAT scripts, and validate scenarios.
- Plan and support implementation across multiple Urban Local Bodies.
- Create SOPs, user manuals, training material, and conduct training sessions.
- Provide post go-live functional support and handholding.

Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in IT, Finance, Management, or HR (Masters preferred).
Experience
- 47 years in ERP implementation projects.
- ERPNext or similar ERP platform experience preferred.
- Exposure to HRMS, Payroll, Financial Accounting & Budgeting.
- Government/PSU project experience desirable.

Reporting Structure
- Reports to Program Manager/Program Head.
- Coordinates with Department nodal officers.
- Works with ERP technical & support teams.

- Reduced post go-live issues.
