Job Role: Business Analyst (Capital markets)

Work Location: Pune

Qualification: Must be IT graduate with significant industry experience.

Job Description:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Private / Corporate Banking and Wealth Management domain
• Hands on experience in Capital Markets – Corporate Actions
• To undertake Business Analyst roles covering SDLC phases using AGILE mythology of delivery.
• Experience in creating process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytics skills with Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Data Quality Implementation/Improvement projects

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Able to communicate with developers and understand technology language and terminology.
• Able to take ownership of issues and work independently using own initiative and making logical decisions.
• Elicits, analyses, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders.
• Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
• Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
• Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine, as necessary.
• Support in SIT and UAT.
• Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements.
