Work Location: Pune

Qualification: Must be IT graduate with significant industry experience.
Job Description:
- Experience of working within a business analysis or solution design role, experience on Retail Banking projects.
- Experience of planning Business Analysis activities
- Experience of developing Business Analysis approach documents
- Ability to coach and deliver requirements and/or user stories
- Ability to coach and deliver As-Is processes
- Ability to coach and deliver Re-engineering of To-Be processes to ensure they meet the business need
- Ability to understand the business need and translate this into appropriate design documentation
- Ability to understand complex and technical discussions and relay this back to stakeholders and offshore counterparts
- A high level of proficiency in defining functional and non-functional business requirements, with the ability to clearly articulate them, manage stakeholder conflict and identify key decisions.
- Experienced with task managing different resource types across multiple locations
- Ability to facilitate, lead and capture outputs from workshops.
- Ability to complete traceability between Business Requirements and Design Docs and Test.
