Business Analyst

·       Responsible 1^st point of contact for business users/operational users in defined parts of the IT-services in the Service area

·       Responsible 1^st point of contact for external/internal IT-suppliers of the IT-services

·       Responsible for regular meetings and follow up with business representatives and IT- suppliers regarding:

o   status of service delivery for the defined IT-services

o   plans for improvements of the defined IT-services

·       Responsible for analysis of issues and problems in the delivery of the IT-services

·       Responsible for supporting business representatives to describe and specify requirements, to order backlog/change requests, and to secure plans for delivery of changes

·       Responsible for monitoring progress, reporting errors to supplier, verifying solutions, and ensuring documentation

·       Work closely with airline business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across key functional areas like Reservations, Ticketing, Cargo, Loyalty, Revenue Management, or Crew Management.

·       Translate business needs into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, and Functional Specifications.
