Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst based in Gurugram. The Business Analyst will engage with key stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, support the development of strategic solutions, and promote efficiency in business processes. Key tasks include creating detailed documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and ensuring successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficient in identifying and solving complex problems
• Experience in Business Analysis and mapping business processes effectively
• Ability to clearly document and communicate Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies is an advantage
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps principles is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
